1.) Mở SQL Server Configuration
2.) Kick vào Network Configuration
3.) Kick vào Protocols
4.) Mở both the Pipes và TCPIP
5.) Click back trên the Services at the top of the list on the Left-Hand Side
6.) Mở lại SQL Server Service.
